Residence Inn by Marriott Oahu Kapolei

Stayed here for just one night, but was impressed by the room, staff, and convenience. Breakfast staff and options great. The sleeping room is laid/planned out well. People were enjoying the pool. We got dinner from the food trucks outside. I got the fish and chips - it was plentiful and yummy!

We stayed for 2 weeks here. I will say, that the hotel was excellent! Everyone treated us very well. Very courteous and professional. The room was very spacious and clean. The amenities were also very nice. Buffet style breakfast was so good! We loved the local flair and convenient to the whole island! I would definitely recommend staying here! Mahalo!!

I had a fantastic month long stay here. The food trucks are a great way to eat cheap(er) local food, and the bar was always packed with friendly people. Shoutout to Dal the bartender for making my stay here memorable. Trivia night was fun too.

I went home back in August of this year & Marriott Kapolei, Aaaaamazing!! Did NOT disappoint!! From the time I checked in, to the time I checked out - NO PROBLEMS! It was smooth & hassle free. The workers at the desk were giving very Aloha Yessss!! They were helpful & respectful. I had noooo problems at all! My room was beautiful! More than I expected. It was spacious & clean. Kitchenette area, Clean! Bathroom, clean & stocked! Breakfast, BOMMMMB!! The man that was there all weekend - Love him!! His attitude was top tier!! To have that much good & positive energy in the mornings (especially when you’re in charge of feeding an entire hotel) I commend him! Please, keep up the good work & don’t ever change! Would I recommend? OF COURSE! Marriott Kapolei will always be my go-to hotel when I’m home!! Thank you Team Marriott Kapolei for an Amazing experience!!! Until the next visit.. I enjoyed coming to the Residence Inn bar on the lower level. Dal, the bartender is very experienced in making different types of drinks, he also a down to earth person, that likes to communicate with you. He has a very good memory also. He knows the guests in the hotel and also the type of drinks they had before at his bar. That's beyond the customer service. Such a friendly kinda guy, that makes you feel at ease, after long day. Keep up the outstanding customer service. I'll for sure to back soon.

I've been staying here for over a month and the staff is always helpful, friendly and genuinely happy and fun to be around. They go out of their way to make you feel at home and work hard to have a clean, safe, and fun environment. Everyone from the janitors, housekeeping, bartenders, room cleaners, front desk hospitality have been amazing. They have a real sense of helping locals with their food truck businesses to succeed and welcome them the feed their guests. Thanks for an amazing experience!

So far so great. We had a warm welcome, and great initial service. Greats smiles, and attitudes. The grounds were meticulously maintained as were the halls, common spaces, and rooms. The complimentary breakfast is above average in comparison to other hotels, keep in mind it’s not a 5 star ritz, and the breakfast is buffet style, but WAY better than the continentals elsewhere. Location is good, not great. Don’t expect a beach front resort, BUT if you are here for a long time and you’re traveling, this is the best place to be. Everything is nearby and it is INCREDIBLY convenient. Would definitely come again.
